The journal Agricultural & Rural Studies is an international multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary platform for communicating advances in fundamental and applied studies on agronomy and rural economics, sociology, geography, education, planning, media and associated subjects to revitalize the rural development.

It is a fully Open Access (OA) journal and the Article Publishing Charges (APC) are waived in the first 3 years. The journal seeks to publish original research articles, reviews, commentary, and perspective papers. It is dedicated to serving as an innovative, efficient and professional platform for scholars in the field of agricultural & rural studies around the world to deliver cutting-edge findings from theses continuously expanding and deepening fields of science.

The journal Agricultural & Rural Studies is a peer-reviewed scholarly journal that aims to be an international multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary platform for communicating advances in fundamental and applied studies on agronomy, contemporary agricultural, rural and farmers’ issues and policy, as broadly defined by the disciplines of rural economics, sociology, geography, education, planning, media and cognate subjects. It is dedicated to serving as an innovative, efficient and professional platform for scholars in the field of agricultural & rural studies around the world to deliver cutting-edge findings from theses continuously expanding and deepening fields of science. The coverage of the journal is global in scope and solicits articles based on experimental/empirical research in any part of the world that is of relevance and interest to international readers.

Agricultural & Rural Studies publishes articles related with an emphasis on, but not limited to the following:

(1) Understanding and analysis of contemporary agricultural, rural and farmers’ issues and policy, as broadly defined by the disciplines of rural economics, sociology, geography, education, planning, media and cognate subjects;

(2) Agronomy, precision agriculture and rural digital governance, other related novel sciences and technologies with agricultural & rural perspectives.

4.From submission to publication

We are requesting Eminent Scientists, Academicians and Researchers to submit their original research articles, reviews, commentary, and perspective papers etc. for publication in Agricultural and Rural Studies.

The Journal adopts single-blind Peer Review Process to ensure quality and uses Editorial Tracking System for manuscript submission, review and tracking its status. It is helpful to familiarize yourself with the author guidelines of A&R journal. The journal recommends that references be prepared with a bibliography software package such as EndNote, if a manuscript is prepared in MS Word. Each manuscript submission must be accompanied by a cover letter. It should be concise and explain why the content of the paper is significant, placing the findings in the context of existing work.
